Eriti hea on teda teha siis, kui alles eelmise p\u00e4eva riisi, aga kui pole on teda ikka lihtne teha, lihtsalt v\u00f5tab siis pisut rohkem aega. Mina kasutan basmati riisi, kuna ta ei kee ega prae pudruks, riis j\u00e4\u00e4b ilusti s\u00f5mer. K\u00f6\u00f6giviljadest kasutasin porgandit ja s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud herneid, lisasin ka pisut sibulalatva mille ma suvel s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma tallele panin, teda \u00fcles sulatada ei maksa, aga otse k\u00fclmunust peast visata potti v\u00f5i pannile, on ta \u00fclihea.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>tassi t\u00e4is basmati riisi<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>vett<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00f5li<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 pisem sibul<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcs<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>4 porgandit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>0,5 pakki s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud herneid<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>peot\u00e4is sibulalatva\/rohelist sibulat<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><u>Riisi keetmise v\u00f5imalusi on mitmeid:<\/u>\u00a01) saab teha ilma kurnamata, selleks on vaja 1 tassit\u00e4is riisi ja 2 sama tassit\u00e4it vett ja lasta keema, siis ei pea miskit kurnama ja riis podiseb ise valmis.<\/div>\n<div>2) Mina teen igakord tujude j\u00e4rgi, seekord ma kurnasin, lasin pool potti vett keema ja siis panin tassit\u00e4ie riisi sisse. Oluline on, et ei laseks pudruseks keeda. Panen panni tulele, lisan \u00f5li ja praen pisut pehmemaks sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu, lisan porgandi ja praen tema ka pisut pehmemaks (mulle p\u00e4ris pehme porgand ei meeldi, pisut kr\u00f5mpsu j\u00e4tan ikka alles), siis lisan aurava riisi ja segan k\u00f5ik l\u00e4bi. Hakkan ka vaikselt soola ja pipart lisama, kui ma maitsega rahule j\u00e4\u00e4n lisan s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud herned ja sibulaladva otse s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmikust. Siis segan veel k\u00f5ik l\u00e4bi, keeran tule alt ja ongi valmis.<\/div>\n<div>V\u00e4ga maitsev ja kerge l\u00f5una\/\u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6k, k\u00f5rvale v\u00f5ib teha miskit loomset v\u00f5i taimset, kuidas iganes, mulle isegi meeldis teda \u00fcksi s\u00fc\u00fca :).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hea s\u00fc\u00fca nii iseseisva s\u00f6\u00f6gina kui millegi k\u00f5rvale.
