Olen samuti neid v\u00e4lismaiseid superseemneid, -marju proovinud, l\u00f5ppkokkuv\u00f5ttes on nad kallid ja Eestist kaugel kasvatatud. Seega nagu ikka, k\u00e4id tiiru mujal maailmas \u00e4ra ja saad aru et kodus on ikka \u00f5ige parem. Sama meie armsa juurvilja peediga, ta sisaldab rohkesti kaaliumit ja A-vitamiini, v\u00e4hemasel m\u00e4\u00e4ral rauda, B6-vitamiini, tsinki, foolhapet jne, ning aitab ka kehvveresuse korral. Aneemiat ehk kehvveresust esineb maailmas umbes 1,3 miljardil inimesel, enamusel enese teadmata, seega osta (praegusel ajal) pakk peeti, suvel kasvata ise ja oled naksti hea vereloomega ning terve :).<\/p>\n<div>Tegin kaks erinevat peedisalatit, mis valmivad 2-3 minutiga.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><u>Peedi-k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu-majoneesi salat<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Vaja on:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 200 g riivitud peeti<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>4-5 spl majoneesi<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcs<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>h\u00e4sti natuke soola<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>pisut rohkem pipart<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Riivitud peet kaussi, peale majonees, l\u00e4bi k\u00fc\u00fcslaugupressi k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, sool-pipar, l\u00e4bi segada ja valmis ta ongi. Seistes l\u00e4heb ta kangemaks, nii et k\u00fc\u00fcslauguga ei tasu liialdada, aga kui oled mega f\u00e4nn siis anna aga minna. \ud83d\ude00<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><u>Peedi-porgandi salat<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Vaja on:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 200 g riivitud peeti<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 keskmine porgand<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1-2 spl \u00f5li<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>0,5 tl \u00e4\u00e4dikat<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u00f5igepealt tuleks koorida ja riivida porgand. Siis peet, porgand kaussi, peale \u00f5li, \u00e4\u00e4dikas, sool ja pipar, l\u00e4bi segada ja valmis ta ongi.
