Enne ahju panekut supsutasin peale umbes \u00fche supilusikat\u00e4ie jahu, mis k\u00fcpseb koos pikkpoisi mahladega heaks tainaseks koorikuks. Siis hakkisin sibula peenikeseks. J\u00e4rgmisena lisasin lihale juurde, muna, sibula, tomatipasta, soolad, pipra, paprikapulbri. Segasin k\u00f5ik l\u00e4bi, \u00fcle ei tasu segada, siis v\u00f5ib pikkpoiss tulla kuiv. Peale supustasin jahu, mis koos nende pikkpoisi mahladega k\u00fcpseb tainakoorikuks, kui m\u00f5ni koht j\u00e4\u00e4b ka jahune, v\u00f5ib lusikaga v\u00f5tta pikkpoisi mahlu ja \u00fcle kasta pealispinda. Kui kisub pealt liialt pruuniks, v\u00f5ib katta fooliumiga ja hiljem pruunikamaks lasta.<br \/>\nSoojast peast ei saa teda absoluutselt ilusasti l\u00f5igata, selleks tuleb lasta tal jahtuda.
