Kui n\u00e4iteks kookos \u00fcldse ei meeldi, siis j\u00e4ta ta lihtsalt \u00e4ra, tuleb v\u00e4ga hea rabarberikook ikka. Kuid minu arust on see kook \u00fclihea. M\u00f5nus, pisut k\u00f5vem liivataignalaadne p\u00f5hi (mis hoiab ilusti koos seda kooki ja hiljem hea l\u00f5igata), korralik kiht rabarberit, peale valatud vahustatud muna suhkruga, mis imbub t\u00e4pselt \u00f5igesti l\u00e4bi koogi ja k\u00fcpsetab k\u00f5ik pehmeks ja mahlaseks. Ja kookos on lihtsalt nagu t\u00e4pp i-peal, annab juurde tekstuuri ja vaheldust. Kuid meie peres ei meeldinud k\u00f5igile see kookos ja osa tahtis ainult rabarberiga ja osa n\u00f5udis kookost ka juurde. Selleks kaalu jahu, suhkur, v\u00f5i, vesi kaussi ja n\u00e4pi tainas kokku. \u00dcle s\u00f5tkuda ei tasu, muidu muutub ta venivaks. Kohe kui kokku hakkab siis suruda vabas vormis ta koogivormi (26cm l\u00e4bim\u00f5\u00f5duga kasutasin mina). Kui kate valmis, lisan kookoshelbed ja natuke soola ka.<\/p>\n<p>Siis kui p\u00f5hi ahjust v\u00e4ljas, kallan ma peale rabarberi-kookose segu (!ilma eraldunud vedelikuta!), siis kallan munavahu-kookose segu veel peale ja ahju 170 kraadi juurde k\u00fcpsema.
