Iga pere teeb teda omamoodi ja enda harjumuste j\u00e4rgi. Meie n\u00e4iteks ei lisa porgandit, hernest ega sibulat, kuna lihtsalt ei n\u00e4e nende j\u00e4rele vajadust. Salati tegemise juures on k\u00f5ige t\u00fc\u00fctum ja ajan\u00f5udvam ainete t\u00fckeldamine, kuid \u00f5nneks on olemas sellised l\u00f5ikurid, kuhu paned vahele viilu ja saad ideaalsed kuubikud.<br \/>\nSalati tegin 5 L potti, koguseliselt tuli 4 L salatit ja j\u00e4tkus u 8 t\u00e4iskasvanud inimesele.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>u 10 keskmist kartulit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 pikk Luunja kurk<\/b><br \/>\n<b>u 400 g taist sinki<\/b><br \/>\n<b>4-5 hapukurki\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>7 k\u00f5vaks keedetud muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>500 g 10% hapukoort<\/b><br \/>\n<b>300 g majoneesi<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>pisut hapukurgi vedelikku<\/b><br \/>\n<b>kaunistamiseks murulauku<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ideaalne oleks eelmine p\u00e4ev \u00e4ra keeta koorega kartulid, siis nad j\u00f5uavad \u00f5igeks ajaks maha jahtuda ja hoiavad salatis paremini oma kuju.<br \/>\n<a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-_QmgyUfJ-aU\/WusHWyndIGI\/AAAAAAAAB0M\/xjSfa1MiGc8Ea-ggKdW3VdxSnC2S1I5AgCLcBGAs\/s1600\/IMG_0292.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-_QmgyUfJ-aU\/WusHWyndIGI\/AAAAAAAAB0M\/xjSfa1MiGc8Ea-ggKdW3VdxSnC2S1I5AgCLcBGAs\/s320\/IMG_0292.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"213\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1067\" data-original-width=\"1600\" \/><\/a>Kui ma salatiga pihta hakkan, siis k\u00f5igepealt panen keema munad, siia sobivad h\u00e4sti 10 minuti munad. Selle aja jooksul koorin \u00e4ra kartulid ja l\u00f5ikan neist viilud. Siis oma l\u00f5ikuriga teen neist ilusad kuubikud. K\u00e4sitsi l\u00f5igun juurde ka singi, teda l\u00f5ikuriga teha ei saa, kuna singikiud j\u00e4\u00e4vad sinna vahele kinni ja ei tule ilusad kuubikud, vaid singipuder.<br \/>\nSiis koorin munad ja kasutan n\u00fc\u00fcd peenemat l\u00f5ikuri osa ja ajan nad niuhti l\u00e4bi.<br \/>\nViimasena lisan hapukoore ja majoneesi, sortsu hapukurgi vedeliku, soola, pipart ning alustan vaikselt l\u00e4bi segamist, et kartul pudruks ei l\u00e4heks.<br \/>\nKui isegi alguses tundub salat mage, siis ma soovitan pisut aega seista lasta, kuna majonees ja sink on soolased, siis mingi aja peale t\u00f5mbab salat l\u00e4bi ja v\u00f5ib soola olla parajalt, kiirustades on oht \u00fclesoolata.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Isetehtud kartulisalat kroonib tihti meie pidup\u00e4eva laudu.
