Selle retsepti j\u00e4rgi on t\u00e4iesti v\u00f5imatu, et tuleks mitte mahlane kook, nii et kindel \u00f5nnestumine on garanteeritud. Mina eelk\u00fcpsetan p\u00f5hja, kuna siis on p\u00f5hi kr\u00f5bedam, selleks kuumutan ahju 210 kraadini ja lasen tal umbes 5-6 kuumas ahjus k\u00fcpseda, kuni pealispind on kuldpruunikas, siis v\u00f5tan v\u00e4lja ja j\u00e4tan oma aega ootama.
