V\u00e4ga kiiresti valmiv, v\u00e4heste ja tavaliste koostisosadega kaste, mida v\u00f5ib tuunida lisades n\u00e4iteks juustu ja saab juba uue juustukastme nimega Mornay. Uhked nimetused aga tegemine ja koostisosad on talupojalikult tagasihoidlikud. Lisada v\u00f5ib ka igasuguseid meelep\u00e4raseid maitsetaimi &#8211; \u00fcrte, mis annavad aromaatsust ja omap\u00e4rast n\u00fcanssi.
