Mingeid uhkeid torte ma teha ei oska, nii et panen lihtsalt maitsvat kraami kihiti pokaali ja tulemus on ilus, korrektne ja imemaitsev. \u00dcleelmine aasta tegin p\u00f5him\u00f5tteliselt sama magustoitu vaarikatega, seega on j\u00e4llegi see retsept muutuv vastavalt nendele marjadele mille hooaeg parasjagu on.<\/p>\n<div>Olen teinud ka <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=183\">vaarikatega versiooni<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=20\">Sidruniv\u00f5iet ehk <i>lemon curd<\/i><\/a>i teen ma alati rohkem kui retsept ette n\u00e4eb, sest nii hea on seda s\u00fc\u00fca ka j\u00e4rgmine p\u00e4ev.. \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Vaja on:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><u>Sidruniv\u00f5ie:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>3 muna<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 suurema sidrunimahl<\/b> (umbes 100 ml)<\/div>\n<div><b>sidrunikoor<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>100 g tuhksuhkrut<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>75 g soolast k\u00fclmkapik\u00fclma v\u00f5id<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Vahukoort + 2-3 tl tuhksuhkrut<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Kohupiimakreemi <\/b>(kui soovid)<\/div>\n<div><b>K\u00fcpsiseid <\/b>(\u00fcksk\u00f5ik mis sorti)<\/div>\n<div><b>Maasikaid <\/b>(nii palju kui soovid)<\/div>\n<div><b>Kaunistuseks peenralt melissilehti<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Olen kasutanud seda sidruniv\u00f5ide retsepti juba aastaid, sest saab \u00e4ra kasutada terve muna, ei pea eraldama ja raiskama. Kuna ma eelistan hapukamaid magustoite, siis ei tule see sidruniv\u00f5ie v\u00e4ga magus, vaid m\u00f5nusalt maitsepungi \u00e4ratav. Siis riivida sidrunikoor (ainult kollane osa, valge on kibe), ning pigistada v\u00e4lja mahl ja lisada ka see muna-tuhksuhkru juurde. Siis kastrul tulele ja vaikselt segada. \u00dcksi teda j\u00e4tta ei tohi, muidu v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hja k\u00f5rbeda. Paksenemine toimub 4-5 minuti jooksul, siis kui tunned vispeldades, et on raske ja segu on tihke, v\u00f5tta tulelt ja vispeldada juurde t\u00fckikaupa kuubikuteks l\u00f5igatud k\u00fclmkapik\u00fclm v\u00f5i. Ja ongi sidruniv\u00f5ie valmis.
