R\u00f6stides muutub tomatimaik veelgi s\u00fcgavamaks ja lausa <i>umami<\/i>seks. Muud kunsti pole kui k\u00f5ik koostisosad pannile ja anda kuuma. Lisasin ka m\u00f5ne basiiliku varre ja m\u00f5ne parmesani killu, mis j\u00e4id pesto tegemisest lihtsalt \u00fcle. V\u00f5ib lisada ka muid meelep\u00e4raseid maitsetaimi (t\u00fc\u00fcmian, petersell). Hiljem kui tomatid on piisavalt r\u00f6stitud, blenderdan ma segu peeneks (mitte t\u00e4itsa p\u00fcreeks, see mulle ei meeldi), j\u00e4tan nii et pisut ikka hamba all on tunda tekstuuri, siis lisan veel topsit\u00e4ie merevaiku, mis annab kreemisust juurde ja valmis ta ongi. Igatahes meie peres oli see supike hitt :). Ja oli p\u00f5hjust sahvrist tolmukihi alt v\u00e4lja otsida supitirin, millest on supi eriti kaunis serveerida.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>Pannit\u00e4is tomateid<\/b> (v\u00e4ikseid-suuri-v\u00e4rvilisi)<br \/>\n<b>3 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 v\u00e4ikest sibulat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>m\u00f5ni basiilikuvars <\/b>(valikuline)<br \/>\n<b>paar killukest parmesani <\/b>(valikuline)<br \/>\n<b>pisut rapsi\u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 topsike merevaiku<\/b><br \/>\n<b>pisut suhkrut<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Suuremad tomatid ma l\u00f5ikasin pooleks ja eemaldasin varre, kirsstomatid j\u00e4tsin enamus terveks kuid m\u00f5ne suurema l\u00f5ikasin ka pooleks.
