Tegemine on lihtne ja v\u00e4he vaeva n\u00f5udev, aga kuna moos tuleb v\u00e4ga tihke, siis lisasin ma juurde \u00f5unamahla mis tegi konsistentsi paremaks ja \u00f5unamaitset tugevamaks. Kes tahab v\u00f5ib ka lisada igasuguseid p\u00f5nevaid v\u00fcrtse (kaneel, ingver, muskaatp\u00e4hkel, apelsinikoor jne), kuid mina j\u00e4tsin ta naturaalsena, sest siis on v\u00f5imalus igakord uus n\u00fcanss anda.<\/p>\n<div><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 kg k\u00f5rvitsat koorega<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 kg s\u00fcdamikest puhastatud koorega \u00f5unu<\/b>\u00a0(mida hapum seda parem)<\/div>\n<div><b>600 ml \u00f5unamahla<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>4 spl suhkru<\/b>t (oleneb kui magusat \u00f5unasorti kasutad)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u00f5igepealt siis puhastada \u00f5unad s\u00fcdamikest ja kaapida v\u00e4lja ka k\u00f5rvitsa sisu. Mina tahtsin seda segu panna purki ja s\u00fc\u00fca talvel, seega ma otsustasin lisada \u00f5unamahla, mis teeb \u00f5una maitse tugevamaks ja moosi vedelamaks.
