Taigna ja \u00f5una vahekord peab olema 50:50, muidu on lihtsalt kuiv \u00f5unasai. P\u00e4rmitaigna retsept on ka lihtsamast lihtsam, segad ained kokku, paned kerkima, samal ajal valmistad ette \u00f5unad. Samal ajal panen kastruli tulele ja soojendan piima k\u00e4esoojuseni. Siis lisan piima, p\u00e4rmi-suhkru segule, siis lisan s\u00f5elutud jahu ja viimasena s\u00f5tkun sisse v\u00f5i. Ongi tainas valmis minema kerkima. Mul on auruahjus re\u017eiim, mis ongi m\u00f5eldud taigna kergitamiseks, temp. on 35 kraadi, kuid seda saab teha ka tavalises ahjus. Valmis on ta siis kui ta mullitab ja tahab kastruli servani t\u00f5usta. V\u00f5tan ta siis tulelt ja lasen pisut jahtuda. Kui liiga kaua keeta, muutub ta lihtsalt venivaks iiriseks, mida hiljem on raske koogile valada.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kui kook valmis, v\u00f5tsin ta v\u00e4lja, lasin jahtuda ja pisut aja p\u00e4rast kallasin \u00fcle karamelliga, mis tegi koogi ilusaks l\u00e4ikivaks ja h\u00f5rguks.
