Tehakse teda nii piima kui r\u00f5\u00f5sa koorega, kuid meie teeme ainult v\u00f5iga, kuna meie perele maitseb nii k\u00f5ige enam. Polegi muud kunsti kui porgandid pool pehmeks, lisada pisut jahu, siis v\u00f5i ja valmis ta ongi. Olen ka kuulnud, et kui porgandit s\u00fc\u00fca koos rasvainega, aitab see organismil porgandis olevaid kasulikke aineid paremini vastu v\u00f5tta. Siis panna nad pliidile, vett tuleks panna nii palju et nad oleks vaevu kaetud. Siis keeta neid niikaua kuni nad poolpehmed u 15-20 minutit. Ma kallasin keeduvee \u00e4ra ja kasutasin seda <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=137\">hapukapsasupi <\/a>sees, kuna ta nii hea maitsega, \u00e4ra visata teda ei tasu. Siis lisasin poolpehmetele kurnatud porganditele jahu, k\u00fcpsetasin pliidil selle natuke l\u00e4bi ja lisasin v\u00f5i.
