Mulle v\u00e4ga ei meeldi r\u00f5\u00f5sa koore kastmes pasta, kuna see on v\u00e4ga rammus ja mul on hiljem lihtsalt paha olla (ja kuna ma ei k\u00e4i poes igap\u00e4ev siis pole nagu m\u00f5tet r\u00f5\u00f5ska koort ette osta, sest ta ei s\u00e4ili k\u00fclmikus ka v\u00e4ga kaua, merevaik seevastu on mitmek\u00fclgsem). Seega lisan makaronidele merevaiku ja pasta-keeduvett ja nagu naksti mahlane ja toitev s\u00f6\u00f6k olemas.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>Enamasti arvestatakse inimese kohta 50 g kuiva makaroni, kuid kodustes tingimustes kipuvad portsud suuremaks minema, nii et 100 g <i>per face<\/i> on okei ja k\u00f5igi k\u00f5hud saavad ilusasti t\u00e4is :).<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>400 g makarone<\/b> (keetmata kujul)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>peot\u00e4is j\u00e4medat soola<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 300 g sinki<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 15 kirsstomatit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>terve tops (200 g) merevaiku<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>pitsamaitseaine<\/b> (valikuline)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u00f5igepealt makaronide jaoks vesi keema. Maitsen ja vajadusel lisan veel soola ja pipart, kuid tuleb silmas pidada et merevaik, sink ja pastakeeduvesi on ise soolased, et pisut aega anda t\u00f5mmata, hiljem saab soola alati juurde lisada.<\/div>\n<div>Mina kuivatan ise oma aias kasvavatest \u00fcrtidest pitsamaitseaine tarbeks taimi ja lisan ka teda hulka, kuna see toob sellist vahemere h\u00f5ngu juurde ja loomulikult lisab ka maitsekust.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>PS!<\/b> Kui m\u00f5ni s\u00f6\u00f6ja hilineb ja tundub et pasta on \u00e4ra kuivanud, siis soojendamisel lisada hulka veel pisut pastakeeduvedelikku ja nagu naksti on mahlane makaroniroog j\u00e4lle olemas :).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Makaronid igas kujus ja kastmes l\u00e4hevad enamasti alati peale nii v\u00e4ikestele kui suurtele.
