Kuid kui liha soont pole, tee ilma, ikka on maitsev :). Eriti h\u00e4sti passib v\u00e4rskekapsahautis koos v\u00e4rske kartuliga, m\u00f5lemit ootame terve talve ja l\u00f5puks on nad kohal.<br \/>V\u00e4rske kapsa olen ka \u00e4ra grillinud ja teinud <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=80\">v\u00e4rskekapsasalati<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; \u00fcks mu suvine lemmik :).<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>2 sibulat <\/b>(ta sulab sinna hautisesse \u00e4ra, et isegi mitte-sibula s\u00f6\u00f6dik ei saa arugi, kuid maitsele annab palju juurde)<br \/><b>2 porgandit <\/b>(valikuline, aga mulle meeldib lisada)<br \/><b>1 spl v\u00f5id + 1 spl \u00f5li<\/b><br \/><b>u 350 g sealiha\/hakkliha\/peekonit\/sinki\u00a0<\/b><br \/><b>1 v\u00e4rske kapsapea u 1 kg<\/b><br \/><b>sorts vett <\/b>(olenevalt kui leemene hautis kellelegi meeldib)<br \/><b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-bODK27lAJ2M\/XPYyA0Ep3nI\/AAAAAAAACas\/iD5_0EXsNIg66fN2bgcMmgwtw-Fm_ceYQCLcBGAs\/s1600\/IMG_2152.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-bODK27lAJ2M\/XPYyA0Ep3nI\/AAAAAAAACas\/iD5_0EXsNIg66fN2bgcMmgwtw-Fm_ceYQCLcBGAs\/s200\/IMG_2152.JPG\" width=\"133\" height=\"200\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1600\" data-original-width=\"1067\" \/><\/a>K\u00f5igepealt t\u00fckeldan ma sibula ja porgandi, siis l\u00f5ikan pisemateks t\u00fckkideks ka liha. Panen poti tulele ja lisan v\u00f5i ja \u00f5li, sinna sisse esimesena lisan sibula, praen madalal kuumusel, et ei k\u00f5rbeks, vaid m\u00f5nusalt k\u00fcpseks selle v\u00f5i-\u00f5li sees. Siis kui sibul on selline ilus klaasjas, lisan porgandi, praen teda ka n\u00f5ks ja siis lisan juba liha ja j\u00e4tan nad sinna koos k\u00fcpsema. Vahepeal segan aga muud teha pole tarvis.
