Nagu paneks p\u00e4ikse purki, mille j\u00e4rgi pimedal ajal eriti isutab. Meil on nii Vanaema kui ka Ema teinud maasikakompotti ja nende retseptile ja meetodile ma tuginen. Kindlasti on ka igasuguseid muid variante, aga just nii tuleb t\u00e4pselt see \u00f5ige maasikakompott, mida siis talvel kisselliks teha, niisama maitsestamata jogurtile peale kallata v\u00f5i lihtsalt lusikaga otse purgist s\u00fc\u00fca.<br \/>Kuna me teeme oma aia maasikatest ja korraga pole kogused nii suured, siis j\u00e4\u00e4b suhkrusiirupit selle retsepti j\u00e4rgi \u00fcle, mida siis j\u00e4rgmine maasikakorje saab \u00e4ra kasutada. Siis napsata sabad ja panna kohe purki. 1 liitrised purgid on meie perele t\u00e4pselt paraja suurusega, nii et kasutame neid. Selleks tuleks v\u00f5tta pott ja panna purkidele alla kas mingi madal rest (oleks ideaalne), et purgid ei oleks vastu potip\u00f5hja ja oleks \u00f5huvahe, et tekiks keemisruumi ja iga purk saaks kuuma.<\/p>\n<p>Siis panna purgid potti, kallata purkidesse suhkrusiirup ja potti vesi, enne seda v\u00f5ib kaaned purkidele peale panna l\u00f5dvalt, siis ei l\u00e4he kuumutamisvesi sisse.<br \/>Kaas peale ja tuleb oodata kuni siirupivesi hakkab maasikaid k\u00fcpsetama, nad muutuvad raskeks ja muudavad v\u00e4rvi, ei ole enam erkpunased. Meil l\u00e4ks algusest l\u00f5puni pliidi peal u 40 minutit.<br \/>Siis tuleb sepak\u00e4ega purk v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta ja kaas tugevasti peale keerata ning tagurpidi lauale jahtuma j\u00e4tta. Maasikad k\u00fcpsevad edasi.<br \/>J\u00e4rgmisel p\u00e4eval viin ma nad sahvrisse kus nad j\u00e4\u00e4vad ootama pimedust ja r\u00f5skust, mil nad avatakse ja \u00e4ra tarbitakse :). Kuid PS! u 2 n\u00e4dalat tuleks igaks juhuks hoida neil purkidel silma peal, sest nagu ikka hoidistamisel v\u00f5ib juhtuda m\u00f5ni praak v\u00f5i halvasti peale keeratud kaas ja hoidis l\u00e4heb k\u00e4\u00e4rima.
