Tegemine on lihtne ja tooraine on odav. Praegusel ajal tegin seda s\u00e4ilituskapsast, suvisel ajal kindlasti v\u00e4rskest kapsast tehes on l\u00f5pptulemus pehmem, magusam ja kiirem. Maitsestasin t\u00e4iesti klassikaliselt, et oleks k\u00f5ik maitsed esitatud. K\u00fc\u00fcslauku soovitatakse ka alati panna, aga minul kuidagi kipub ta nii pika aja peale ahjus k\u00e4rssama ja ma pigem ei pannud. Sobivad igasugused maitsed, salsad, \u00fcrdisoolad, erinevad maitseained, kasv\u00f5i aasia k\u00f6\u00f6gi tugevaid v\u00fcrtse v\u00f5ib siia panna. Kapsasteik sobib s\u00f6\u00f6miseks iseseisva einena, kuid minu arust parim on mingisuguse p\u00fcreega, et oleks kreemjas lisand juures. N\u00e4iteks ise olen teinud <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=16\">lillkapsap\u00fcreed<\/a>. Ja kellele kapsas ei meeldi, kuid soovib taimset steiki siis olen teinud ka <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=2039\">lillkapsasteiki<\/a> :). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>1 pisem kapsapea<br>\u00f5li <\/strong>(kasutan rapsi\u00f5li, sest ta maitsetu ja meeldib mulle)<strong><br>sool;pipar<br>balsamico siirup<br>suhkrusiirup<br>P\u00e4rast panin veel peale:<br>Kreekap\u00e4hkleid (valikuline)<br>Peterselli (otse s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmast)<br>Riivisin sidrunikoort<br>Riivisin forte juustu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt eemaldasin kapsalt v\u00e4limised kolletunud lehed, siis l\u00f5ikasin seibid. Ilusaid steike saab \u00fchest kapsast 1 v\u00f5i 2, aga mul koduses tingimuses ei ole vahet, l\u00e4heb loosi k\u00f5ik. Siis ma panin nad ahjuvormi ja lisasin maitsestuse m\u00f5lemale poolele ning siis j\u00e4tsin marineeruma (see ka valikuline, aga mul lihtsalt koduste toimetuste juures klapis nii). V\u00f5ib ka kohe peale maitsestamist ahju pista.
