Tahaks miskit kerget, tervislikku, maitsvat ja kiiret. Smuuti on see vastus. Meil on nutribullet, mis saab igap\u00e4ev k\u00f5va vatti (sest meil 7 inimest kes smuutisi tahavad :D), purustab s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmast k\u00f5ik marjad ruttu ja tublisti &#8211; keskmiselt saab mul smuuti valmis 2-3 minutiga, kiire ja lihtne. Smuutid meeldib mulle v\u00e4rvi j\u00e4rgi teha, kuid on ka nii\u00f6elda v\u00e4rvitud puuviljad (pirn, \u00f5un, melon, banaan), mida panen t\u00e4iteks. Minu arust rohelisse smuutisse spinat sobib, aga marjasmuutisse ei sobi jne. AGA, seekord smuutisi tehes oli mul spinat otsa saanud (ja kuna ma elan maal, siis poed kaugel ja sellep\u00e4rast linna s\u00f5itma ei asunud, seega v\u00e4rv j\u00e4i pisut pl\u00e4ss :(. <br>KUID KOKKUV\u00d5TVALT v\u00f5id tegelt k\u00f5ike kokku suristada-vuristada, peaasi, et selle ka ilusti \u00e4ra s\u00f6\u00f6d :D.<br><strong>PS! Enam ei soovitata<\/strong> lehmapiimaga enam smuutisi teha, sest p\u00e4rsib heade ainete imendumist ja raskendab seedimist.
