Minu arust on ta v\u00e4ga maitsev ja meie pere toidulaualt leiab teda palju. Olen teda ahjus niisama r\u00f6stinud, kuid see retsept h\u00f5lmab ka inimeste \u00fcht lemmikuimat asja &#8211; juust. Tegin seda meie pere j\u00f5ululauale lisandiks ja oldi meeldivalt \u00fcllatunud, et t\u00f5esti on maitsev. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>u 500 g rooskapsaid<br>180 g forte juustu <\/strong>(u 1 kolmnurk) (sobib igasugune k\u00f5va laabijuust, kindlasti ei sobi tavaline eesti juust, sest ta ei tahene \u00e4ra)<strong><br>natuke \u00f5li<br>sool<br>balsamico<br>hele suhkrusiirup<br>pitsamaitseaine <\/strong>(valikuline)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt tuleks rooskapsad puhastada, ma l\u00f5ikan sabakesed \u00e4ra ja sellega pudeneb ka m\u00f5ni leheke \u00e4ra. Ja siis asetada k\u00f5ik rooskapsad l\u00f5ikepind vastu juustu. Ahjus oli ta mul 15-20 minutit, sest ma sain poest suhteliselt pisikesed rooskapsakesed, et k\u00fcpsesid ruttu. Hea kr\u00f5be soolane juust, pisut n\u00e4tske ja m\u00f5nus kapsas, v\u00e4ga meeldiv lisand v\u00f5i isegi iseseisev eine, njomm. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kui ma ta ahjust v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tsin, lasin pisut jahtuda ja siis pannilabidaga julmalt kraapisin lahti, nurkadest oli pisut kinni v\u00f5tnud, aga muidu oli okei. Siis asetasin serveerimisvaagnale ja niristasin veel balsamicot ja heledat suhkrusiirupit natuke peale, et oleks ilus l\u00e4ikiv ja r\u00f5hutaks maitset ka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma teen \u00fcldse palju ahjuk\u00f6\u00f6givilju ja nende parimaid k\u00fclgi r\u00f5hutabki <strong>sool, balsamico ja hele suhkrusiirup<\/strong>, sest k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad ise tihti m\u00f5rkjad ja siis s\u00fc\u00fces on k\u00f5ik maitsed tunda ja mulle megalt meeldib :). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rooskapsast nimetatakse tihti ka Br\u00fcsseli kapsaks, igatahes on ta nagu mini-kapsapeake.
