Supp koosnebki sibulast ja see maitse mida pikalt haudunud sibul annab, on t\u00e4iesti uskumatu <em>umami<\/em>, mis paitab k\u00f5iki maitsemeeli. T\u00e4ielik gurmeeroog &#8211; v\u00e4ga odava toorainega. Eriti hea kui kasvatad sibulaid ise, siis sorteerides ikka m\u00f5ni on pehme v\u00f5i hakkab k\u00e4est \u00e4ra minema, siis hea korraga k\u00f5ik \u00e4ra kasutada, et raisku ei l\u00e4heks. Neile, kes sibulat ei s\u00f6\u00f6, \u00fctlen ma vaid \u00fcht, klassikalise toore sibula maitsest on see supp V\u00c4GA kaugel ja proovima peaks kindlasti. Kui v\u00f5i kuum, lisa juurde sibul ja madalal kuumusel k\u00fcpseta, umbes 25-30 min, segada iga paari minuti tagant, kuni on l\u00e4bipaistvad. Siis kaas peale ja las ta podiseb u 20 minutit. Lisa veel soola ja pipart oma maitsej\u00e4rgi.
