Tegin neist \u00fche maitsva m\u00e4\u00e4rde, mis alguses tundus mulle soojalt suvalise let\u0161o maitsega, aga tegelikult jahtudes ja pisut seistes, oli super hea intensiivne paprikane umami maitse. Maitsestuse saab iga\u00fcks ise valida, mina eriti peale soola ja suhkru ei lisanudki, natuke v\u00fcrtsisegusid, peaasi et maitseainetega \u00fcle ei paku. Kuid paprika koorimine v\u00f5ttis rohkem aega kui ma arvasin ja oli p\u00e4ris t\u00fc\u00fctu, aga oli seda v\u00e4\u00e4rt :). <br>Ja sellise paprika gem\u00fcse parim s\u00f5ber on hea soolane feta juust ja kr\u00f5be haputaigna sai, vot see oli hea amps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>Paprikaid <\/strong>(mul oli kaks ahjupanni t\u00e4it)<br><strong>Sool<br>Suhkur<br>Pipar<br>(Pisut garam masalat ja jahvatatud v\u00fcrtsk\u00f6\u00f6mneid)<br>Sorts \u00e4\u00e4dikat <\/strong>(valikuline)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt paprikad pooleks, seemned-sisu v\u00e4lja ja ahju 200 kraadi juurde k\u00fcpsema, grillre\u017eiim tuleks ka kasuks. Eesm\u00e4rk on lasta nahk ikka mustjaks, siis ta koorub hiljem paremini maha. Pisut aega lasin keeda ja siis panin segu kuuma purki, et oleks ka s\u00fcgis\/talvel miskit s\u00e4rtsakas punast ja oma aias kasvanud vilju s\u00fc\u00fca. Kokku sain ainult kolm purgikest, \u00fche kinkisin \u00e4ra ja \u00fche s\u00f5ime juba \u00e4ra eks siis n\u00e4is, mis pidup\u00e4eval see viimane purgike otsa saab :). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kasvuhoones said valmis t\u00e4itsa oma paprikad.
