Tegelikult v\u00f5ib seda m\u00e4\u00e4ret v\u00f5i isegi hummust, teha k\u00f5ikide kaunviljalistega, mis ainult endale meeldib. Mina kasutasin konserveeritud valgeid ube ja see m\u00e4\u00e4re valmis 5 minutiga. Ma maitsestasin teda suhteliselt julgelt ja isegi mu lapsed ei krimpsutanud nina ja s\u00f5id r\u00f5\u00f5msalt. <br>Miks veel ise teha, mitte poest osta? Mu vastus on, et oma tehtud on kindlasti puhtama koostisega, saad teha endale vajamineva koguse ja saad omap\u00e4raseks muuta, n\u00e4iteks mulle meeldib kui on lisatud rohkem jahvatatud v\u00fcrtsk\u00f6\u00f6mneid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>1 purk aurutatud konserveeritud valgeid ube <\/strong>(neto 310 g)<strong><br>4 p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud poolikut tomatit \u00f5lis<br>P\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomati \u00f5li + rapsi\u00f5li <\/strong>(et saada endale meeldiv konsistents)<strong><br>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcs<br>0,5 sidruni mahl<br>\u00fcrdisool, natuke karrit, jahvatatud v\u00fcrtsk\u00f6\u00f6mneid, paprikapulber<\/strong><br>peale raputasin <strong>seesamiseemneid<\/strong><br>ja serveerisin <strong>kreekerite, porgandite ja kurgiga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teha pole palju, k\u00f5ik koostisosad kaussi ja saumikseriga lasin segu peeneks. Kui kinni v\u00f5ttis lisasin pisut \u00f5li.
