Kindlasti sobivad ka kevadel-suvel h\u00e4sti grillilauale. Mina kasutasin kuuma\u00f5htufrit\u00fc\u00fcri, kus j\u00e4i kana mahlane ja k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad m\u00f5nusad. Olenevalt kanat\u00fckkide suurusest, kuid vardaid saab 7-8 tk. Parimad on muidugi metallist vardad, mis muutuvad ise kuumaks ja siis k\u00fcpsetavad ka toidu seest \u00e4ra, aga puidust vardad olid ainsad mul mis mahtusid kuuma\u00f5hufrit\u00fc\u00fcri sisse. <br>K\u00f6\u00f6givilju v\u00f5id kasutada \u00fcksk\u00f5ik milliseid ja maitsestuseks sobib ka k\u00f5ik, v\u00f5ib teha ka v\u00fcrtsikat varianti, mida mina ei saa praegu eriti teha, sest lapsed alles nii v\u00e4ikesed, et veel ei ole v\u00fcrtsis\u00f5brad :D. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>2 kanafileed <\/strong>(kasutasin tervet kana, vaata allapoole kuidas ma \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud kana \u00e4ra kasutasin)<strong><br>1 spl \u00f5li<br>1 spl sojakastet<br>1 spl siirupit v\u00f5i vedelat mett<br>\u00fcrdisoola;pipart;kana maitseainet;paprikapulbrit<br>1-2 paprikat<br>kirsstomateid<br>2 punast sibulat<\/strong><br><strong>veerand lillkapsast<br>\u0161ampinjone<br>\u00f5li;\u00fcrdisool;balsamico;pitsamaitseaine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt t\u00fckeldasin terve kana ja selle retsepti jaoks kasutan rinnafileed. L\u00f5ikasin ta t\u00fckkideks ja panin kana marineeruma, mida kauem seda parem, isegi eelmine \u00f5htu v\u00f5ib selle valmis teha, siis kana m\u00f5nusalt maitsekas. Lillkapsas ei k\u00fcpse selleajaga pehmeks, aga minule meeldib pealt kr\u00f5be ja seest kr\u00f5mps lillkapsas, kes seda ei eelista, k\u00fcpsetagu ta enne poolpehmeks v\u00f5i j\u00e4tku lihtsalt ta \u00e4ra. <br>Kui k\u00f5ik suup\u00e4rased k\u00f6\u00f6gviljad kausis, lisan \u00f5li, \u00fcrdisoola, balsamicot ja pitsamaitseainet.
