Tegin ta teadlikult v\u00e4ga mahlase ja kastese, ehk siis kartul-liha-kaste k\u00f5ik koos ahjus ja \u00fchel pannil. Seda s\u00f6\u00f6ki kiitsid k\u00f5ik mu pereliikmed, nii et tuleb kindlasti korrata. Eks ahjuvorm ole ka geniaalne, et saab k\u00f5ik toiduained kokku panna ja siis koos ahju k\u00fcpsema. Kindlasti sobiks siia ka igasugused k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad, eriti kui miskit on vaja \u00e4ra kasutada.<br>Eriti kiiresti valmib ahjuvorm siis, kui on j\u00e4rel eelmisel p\u00e4eval keedetud kartuleid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<\/strong><br><strong>Pisut \u00f5li<br>1-2 sibulat <br>u 500 g hakkliha<\/strong> (mul 100% veis)<strong><br>paar tublit sortsu ket\u0161upit + pisut vett <\/strong>(et liha oleks kaetud)<strong><br>\u00fcrdisoola;pipart<br>u 15 v\u00e4iksemat kartulit<br><\/strong>Be\u0161amellkaste ehk valge-jahukaste:<strong><br>u 3 spl v\u00f5id<br>2 spl jahu<br>u 250 ml piima + 50-100 ml vett <\/strong>(mul tegelt k\u00f5ik tundej\u00e4rgi, aga umbes nii)<strong><br>u 300-400 g riivjuustu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5ik kes sibulat ei s\u00f6\u00f6, siis ei tasu peljata, sest sibul sulab l\u00f5puks \u00e4ra selle pika k\u00fcpsemisaja peale ja annab t\u00e4pselt selle \u00f5ige s\u00f6\u00f6gimaitse. <br>K\u00f5igepealt l\u00f5igungi kaks sibulat ja praen neid pannil madalal kuumusel natukese \u00f5liga ja lisan \u00fcrdisoola ka. Lasen neil seal k\u00fcpseda, v\u00f5ivad natuke pruunistuda ka. Samal ajal valmistan ette kartulid. Kuna minul on 100% veis siis ta v\u00f5ib olla l\u00f5pptulemuses pisut k\u00f5va, selleks ma panen natuke ket\u0161upit ja vett, et happeline keskkond liha pehmemaks k\u00fcpsetaks ja rohkem maitset annaks. Ja siis lisan piima, ise koguaeg segades. 90% ajast olen ma nii laisk et ei tee piima soojaks, vaid kallan k\u00fclmikust otse k\u00fclma piima kastrulisse, muud ei ole kui kaste v\u00f5ib t\u00fckki minna, vahest l\u00e4heb &#8211; vahest mitte. Alati aitab h\u00e4dast ka saumikser, mis jahut\u00fckid purustab ja kaste on \u00fchtlane.
