Kuid tal on ka oma v\u00f5lu, lisaks sellele, et nad on madala kalorisisaldusega, v\u00f5imaldab nende kuju ka miskit nende sisse panna ja nad moodustavad m\u00f5nusa mahlase kesta. <br>Seekord tegin teadlikult lihavaba versiooni, p\u00e4ris veganiks ei julge ma seda nimetada, sest juust on ka m\u00e4ngus. Selleks lasin kaks tassit\u00e4it vett keema, panin n\u00e4puotsat\u00e4ie soola ja siis kinoa keevasse vette. Keetsin teda umbes 15 min (paki peal juhend olemas) ja siis j\u00e4tsin ta kaane alla seisma. Kui pole kogu vesi \u00e4ra auranud aga kinoa juba pehme, siis kurna vesi ja j\u00e4ta siis seisma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4rgmisena l\u00f5ikasin suvik\u00f5rvitsad pooleks ja uuristasin sisud v\u00e4lja, panin need k\u00f5rvale. Siis ahi 200 kraadi juurde ja hakkame t\u00e4itma. lihtsalt \u00fclimaitsev kombo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aa ja kes arvas et ma niisama need suvik\u00f5rvitsa sisud k\u00f5rvale panin, siis kuna ma ei suuda taluda mitte mingisugust toiduraiskamist, siis keetsin maitsva lillkapsa-suvik\u00f5rvitsasisu p\u00fcree, millele lisasin soola ja v\u00f5id ning valmis ta saigi.
