Tegemine on ajamahukas aga seda v\u00e4\u00e4rt, sest enam jaolt teeb t\u00f6\u00f6 \u00e4ra pliit &#8211; kus ta vaikselt peab podisema, et saada tihkeks. Kusjuures, kes tahab teha tomatimahla, siis s\u00fcsteem on sama, ainult, et keetma peab v\u00e4hem (selle koduse tomatimahlaga tuleb parim bloody mary kokteil :). <br>Retsepti koguseid ei pea j\u00e4lgima, ei ole oluline kas tomateid on v\u00e4hem v\u00f5i rohkem, tuleb nad keema panna ja siis maitsestada nii nagu endale meeldib :). <br>Meie pere on seda hoidist teinud aastat 2016.<br>Parim tomatisort tomatipasta tegemiseks on ROMA, ta on piklik ja v\u00e4ga suure viljaliha osakaaluga. Muidugi saab k\u00f5ikidest sortidest ta valmis keeta, seda p\u00f5nevam l\u00f5pptulemus. Kuid teadlikult ma ei maitsesta seda hoidist \u00fchegi kindla \u00fcrdiga, et j\u00e4tta v\u00f5imalus seda teha hiljem. L\u00f5pptulemus on v\u00e4ga rikkaliku ja intensiivse tomatimaitsega. <br>\u00dcks asi veel, kindlasti ei tasu segu \u00fcle magustada, kuna tomat jahtudes muutub magusamaks ja selle vea oleme me ka teinud &#8211; pigem v\u00e4hem suhkrut lisada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>Tomateid<\/strong> (meil oli 9 kg terveid tomateid, ilma sabadeta ja l\u00f5igutuid oli 8.2 kg)<br>L\u00f5pu maitsestuseks <strong>2 spl j\u00e4mesoola, 2 spl suhkrut, 1 spl pipart.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt korjata tomatid ja j\u00e4tta nad j\u00e4relvalmiva (meil olid nad garaa\u017eis kastis), et nad oleksid super-h\u00fcper valminud. Kellel endal tomateid pole, siis turul on palju toredaid t\u00e4dikesi-onukesi kes neid heameelega m\u00fc\u00fcvad :). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" Kuum segu kohe kuuma purki ja kuum kaas peale, siis on suhteliselt kindel et see hoidis s\u00e4ilib sul mitu aastat sahvris. Aga meil saab ta iga aasta enne uut hooaega otsa, sest ma kasutan teda t\u00f5esti palju.
