Ehk siis rabarberi iseloom on siin magustoidus esindatud. Kellele liiga hapukas, pangu aga suhkrut juurde ja hea on ta ikka. Kihilised magustoidud on sellep\u00e4rast head, et ei pea olema mingeid oskusi, teed kreemid valmis, paned kihiti ja tehtud. Panin rabarberi, 100 g suhkrut ja 200 ml mahla kastrulisse ja lasin podiseda madalal kuumusel, vahepeal kaane all, niikaua, kuni segu oli pehme. Aega l\u00e4ks umbes 15-20 minutit, oleneb rabarberivarre vanusest ja paksusest. Selleks otsisin ilusad magustoidupokaalid.<br>Alumine kiht on suvaliselt pisut pisemaks purustatud k\u00fcpsised, j\u00e4rgmine kiht on rabarberi-kondenspiima kreem, siis m\u00f5nus pehme vahukoor ja viimasena \u00e4\u00e4rtesse rabarberi s\u00e4rtsakat segu (millega ei tasu liialdada).
