Siin on \u00fcks lihtne viis kuidas toidulauda rikastada ja \u00e4ra kasutada v\u00f5ib olla pisut seisnud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad, mida tooreks salatiks teha ei soovi. Valmis ta kiiresti ja saab s\u00fc\u00fca kas iseseisva einena v\u00f5i sobib ka super h\u00e4sti lisandiks. Kes tahab rooga tummisemaks teha, saab juurde lisada liha, juustu, fetat, seemneid vms :). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>u 500 g br\u00fcsseli kapsaid\/rooskapsas<br>u 250 g kirsstomateid<\/strong> (mul \u00fcleseisnud kapi peal ja neid lisades tuleb roale v\u00e4hem \u00f5li lisada)<strong><br>2 punast paprikat<br>sool, pipar, hele siirup, balsamicot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rooskapsad puhastasin pisut enne tarbimist, selleks l\u00f5ikasin varre osa v\u00e4iksemaks ja eemaldasin pealmised mustad\/kollased lehed, et l\u00f5pptoode oleks ilus ja roheline.
