Koorene kanakaste on v\u00e4ga tore roog juba seet\u00f5ttu, et lisandiks v\u00f5ib teha mida iganes, mina tegin seekord kruubiputru, et rikastada toidulauda. Sobivad ka kartul, kartulipuder, makaronid, riis, kuskuss v\u00f5i lihtsalt v\u00e4rske salat ja leivaviil. Hea maitse saladus seisneb koostisainete korralikus pruunistamisel (eriti seente), siis tuleb v\u00e4lja see hea ja s\u00fcgav maitse, mis viib lausa keele alla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>Koorene kanakaste:<br>1 pakk \u0161ampinjone<\/strong> (200-250g)<strong><br>2 kana rinnafileed<br>3-4 p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomatit \u00f5lis<\/strong><br><strong>2 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<br>p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud \u00f5li <\/strong>(praadimiseks)<strong><br>sorts valget veini <\/strong>(valikuline, aga annab head hapukust)<br><strong>380 ml toidukoort 10%<br>1 spl magusat sinepit <\/strong>(ka valikuline, aga annab maitsekust juurde, kes eelistab kanget toitu, lisagu korralikult p\u00f5ltsamaa kanget).<strong><br>sool;pipar<br>peot\u00e4is spinatit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kruubipuder:<br>u 200 g kruupe<br>u 2 spl v\u00f5id<\/strong><br><strong>u 0,5 spl pitsamaitseainet<br>\u00fcrdisoola<br>u 600 ml vett <\/strong>(v\u00f5i puljongit)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt paneme keema kruubipudru, et toit saaks koos valmis. <br>Selleks panen potip\u00f5hja v\u00f5i ja sinna peale kruubid ning praen kruupe paar minutit, lisan ka pitsamaitseaine ja \u00fcrdisoola (puljongi puudumisel annavad need kaks juba h\u00f5rgu maitse pudrule). Kui segu on m\u00f5nda aega praetud, lisan vee, aga mitte korraga k\u00f5ike, j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult, nagu teeks risotot.
