Lisaks tavalisele ahjupraele v\u00f5ib teha rulaadi, mis k\u00fcpseb sama kaua ja maitseb isegi paremini ja on mahlasem. Mina siis tegin ja vastuv\u00f5tt perepoolt oli soe.<\/p>\n<p>Vaja on:<br \/>\n<b>1 seav\u00e4lisfilee<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 pakki viilutatud peekonit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 pakk viilutatud salaamit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 merevaik&nbsp;<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 peot\u00e4is rukolat&nbsp;<\/b><br \/>\nHunnik <b>purustatud pipraid<\/b> (mina kasutasin <b>sinepiseemneid, terapipart ja sichuani pipart<\/b>) v\u00e4rskelt uhmerdatud on parim aga pakist purustatud pipraid lisada on ka okei.<br \/>\nSidumiseks <b>niiti v\u00f5i n\u00f6\u00f6ri<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige keerulisem ongi see v\u00e4lisfilee l\u00f5igata \u00fcheks suureks t\u00fckiks, nagu pildilt n\u00e4ha tuli m\u00f5ni koht mul liiga paks, aga see oligi mahlasem, eks kunagi saab asi k\u00e4ppa ka. Tuleb lihtsalt sealt rasvakihi juurest noaga hakata l\u00f5ikama kuni ongi \u00fcks suur ristk\u00fclik. Siis vasardada liha \u00fchtlaselt. Siis m\u00e4\u00e4rida merevaik, laotada peekon ja salaami, visata t\u00f6rts rukolat, ning kui on soovi v\u00fcrtsikamat liha saada, siis piprasegu raputada ka sisse. Siis pole midagi muud kui rullida kokku (tuleb silmas pidada, et see rasvakiht j\u00e4\u00e4ks k\u00f5ige v\u00e4lja, see ei lase lihal kuivada aga ise k\u00fcpsedes moodustab m\u00f5nusa kr\u00f5beda kooriku). V\u00f5ib veel niidi ja n\u00f6\u00f6riga kinni t\u00f5mmata igaltpoolt, see annab lihat\u00fckile ka ilusama kuju ja tagab \u00fchtlasema k\u00fcpsemise. N\u00fc\u00fcd kui rulaad on rullitud, pane \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud pipar lauale ja h\u00f5\u00f5ru rulaad k\u00f5ikjalt kokku, et oleks ikka selline m\u00f5nus piprakiht. Ahju pannes ikka see rasvakiht pealepoole ja k\u00fcpsetada 180-200 kraadi juures umbes tunnike. Mina olen \u00e4ra hellitatud lihatermomeetriga, seega pole liha \u00fcle- ega alak\u00fcpsemist vaja karta. Ja olen sealiha alati lasknud minna 70 kraadini.
