Mina leidsin purgi <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=1692\">soolatud seeni<\/a>, mille retsept on mul siin blogis olemas ja t\u00e4pselt nii \u00f5ige soolsusega, et ei ole tarvis eelnevalt leotada, otse purgist kaussi. Toores tavaline sibul rikub minu arust k\u00f5ik maitsed \u00e4ra, seega marineerisin ma neid enne pisut soola ja \u00e4\u00e4dikaga, seda sibula kasutusviisi olen kasutanud ka <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=6\">heeringasalatis<\/a> ja <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=34\">kartulisalatis &#8211; sakste moodi<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>1 purk soolatud seeni<\/strong> (umbes 400 g)<strong><br>3 pisemat sibulat<br>1 tl kuhjaga suhkrut<br>1 tl \u00e4\u00e4dikat 30%<br>400 g hapukoort 10%<br>s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmast tilli <\/strong>(sobivad igasugused maitserohelised)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alustan sibulast. Koorin ja l\u00f5igun ta suhteliselt peenelt ja poolkuu kujuliseks. Panen ta sama kausi p\u00f5hja kuhu ma hiljem salati kokku panen. Lisan ka hapukoore ja tilli ja segan k\u00f5ik l\u00e4bi. Ongi valmis.
