Caesari salat on mega h\u00f5rgutis (tegelikult ei ole ta v\u00e4ga kaloritevaene salat, aga salat ju t\u00e4hendab midagi tervislikku, nii et lase minna :). Loomulikult tuleb teha kaste ise, sest see on seda v\u00e4\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p>Vaja on:<br \/>\n<b>2 kanafileed<\/b><br \/>\n<b>paar t\u00fc\u00fcmianioksa<\/b><br \/>\n<b>paar rosmariini lehekest<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauk<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool<\/b><br \/>\n<b>pipar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud k\u00fc\u00fcslauguga baguette<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt l\u00f5ika kanal \u00e4ra sisefilee (see osa mis on eraldatud v\u00e4lisfileest), see tagab \u00fchtlasema k\u00fcpsemise ja mahlasema liha. Siis pane pann kuuma ja lisa \u00f5li (pane ka ahi kuuma 180-200 kraadi). Siis purusta noa k\u00fcljega k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, pane k\u00fc\u00fcslauk, t\u00fc\u00fcmian ja rosmariin pannile ja lase korra \u00f5liga nad l\u00e4bi, see maitsestab kana jaoks \u00f5li \u00e4ra. Alguses prae v\u00e4lisfilee 2-3 minutit m\u00f5lemalt poolt, lisa sool ja pipar (kasuta kaant ka), v\u00f5ta pannilt ja prae sisefilee, umbes 1 minut m\u00f5lemalt poolt. Aseta m\u00f5lemad fileed ahjupannile ja k\u00fcpseta umbes 15 min (sisefilee v\u00f5ta varem v\u00e4lja), lisa ahju ka baguette.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/--PNZMpfjfhU\/VoqLBjWYJzI\/AAAAAAAAASc\/S4iINXypkWg\/s1600\/DSCN0137.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/--PNZMpfjfhU\/VoqLBjWYJzI\/AAAAAAAAASc\/S4iINXypkWg\/s320\/DSCN0137.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>N\u00fc\u00fcd on aega teha valmis kaste ja visata salat kaussi.<br \/>\nVaja on:<br \/>\n<b>2 pakki rohelist salatit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>10 kirsstomatit<\/b> (originaalis ei panda, aga mulle meeldib).<\/p>\n<p>Kastmeks l\u00e4heb tarvis:<br \/>\n<b>6 \u00f5lis an\u0161oovist<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauk<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 munakollast<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2-3 spl sidrunimahla (mul polnud, seega kasutasin \u00e4\u00e4dikat pool korgit\u00e4it)\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl dijoni sinepit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>musta pipart<\/b><br \/>\n<b>soola<\/b><br \/>\n<b>parmesani<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Haki k\u00fc\u00fcslauk ja an\u0161oovised peeneks, pane kaussi. Lisa munakollased, sidrunimahl\/\u00e4\u00e4dikas, sinep ja sega segi. Vaikselt hakka juurde kallama \u00f5li, ise samal ajal vispeldades, ma ei teagi palju seda \u00f5li sinna l\u00e4ks, t\u00e4itsa tunde j\u00e4rgi, kui paksu v\u00f5i vedelat kastet tahad (ma lisasin ka vett pisut, aga seet\u00f5ttu et ma \u00e4\u00e4dikat kasutasin) . Siis v\u00e4ike suts musta pipart ja soola (kui on tarvis, sest parmesan on ka soolane). Parmesani v\u00f5ib segada kastme sisse, v\u00f5i p\u00e4rast peale riivida.<\/p>\n<p>Selleks ajaks on kana kindlasti valmis (kanal tuleb lasta umbes 5 min seista, et mahlad v\u00e4lja ei voolaks).
