Seekord valisin siis kreemjama variandi, mille jaoks kasutasin merevaiku. Lisasin ka riisi ning kartulit, kuigi tavaliselt lisatakse ainult \u00fcks \ud83d\ude00 aga mina tahtsin m\u00f5lemat. Kalapuljongit oli mul veel s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmas, aga kui pole, saab osta poest v\u00f5i teha ka ilma puljongita, kuna kala ise annab ka palju maitset juurde. Igatahes korralikult toitev ja maitsev supike.<br>Minu arust on supi keetmisel \u00fcks oluline point, panna k\u00f5ik komponendid \u00f5iges j\u00e4rjekorras, siis on ta ilus, maitsev ja tervislik. (no et ei keedaks \u00fchtegi komponenti surnuks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>5 aastat tagasi keetsin ahjukalast sellise v\u00fcrtsika <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=212\">kalasupi<\/a>. <br>5 aastat tagasi tegin ka sellise toreda <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=213\">kalapuljongi<\/a>, mida v\u00f5ib mugandada ja teha endale meelep\u00e4rase kalaga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>\u00f5li<br>1 sibul<br>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauk<br>2 porgandit<br>1 l kalapuljongit <\/strong>(mul oli keedetud kohakalast, ehk siis mahe)<strong><br>0.5 l vett<br>3 keskmist kartulit<br>3 peot\u00e4it riisi<br>0.5 l\u00f5hefileed<br>1 peot\u00e4is s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud aedube <\/strong>(ilusad rohelised)<strong><br>1 tops merevaiku<\/strong> (v\u00f5ib asendada ka r\u00f5\u00f5sa koore, toorjuustu v\u00f5i kohvikoorega, v\u00f5i j\u00e4tta \u00fcldse selge leem)<strong><br>2 apelsini mahl <\/strong>(olen alati oma kalasuppidesse lisanud ja annab tsitruselist h\u00f5ngu ja head magus-hapukat maitset)<strong><br>sool;pipar&#8217;<br>1 spl riisi\u00e4\u00e4dikat <\/strong>(aitab l\u00f5he rammusust tasakaalustada)<strong><br>tilli s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmast<\/strong> (igasugune maitseroheline sobib siia)<br><br>K\u00f5igepealt hakkida sibul ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauk v\u00e4ga peenikeseks. Siis kuumutada pott natukese \u00f5liga madalamal kuumusel ja praadida sibul ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauk korralikult l\u00e4bi, et ei oleks enam toorest l\u00f5hna. Nende kolme kombo on 75% mu toidup\u00f5hjadeks, porgand siis kas hakitud v\u00f5i riivitud. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4rgmisena kui porgand on ka v\u00e4rvi pisut peale saanud, lisan puljongi ja vee ning ootan kuni supike keema t\u00f5useb. Selle ajaga j\u00f5uan koorida ja hakkida kartulid. Siis ei pea enne iga toidukorda poodi lippama, sest ma niikuinii elan maal ja poodi l\u00e4heduses pole :D. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Siis l\u00f5igun valmis kala. Ma tihtipeale ostan poest korraga palju kala, teen portsjoniteks, lisan soola ja pipart ning panen karbiga s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma. Eemaldan kalalt luud ja naha, ning l\u00f5ikan suhteliselt suured kuubikud, et nad kohe supis puruks ei keeks. Kala lisan potti alles siis kui kartul ja riis on pehmed, lisan kala, aedoad, merevaigu ja lasen keema t\u00f5usta.
