Iga\u00fcks saab seda ise t\u00e4iendada ja t\u00e4iustada :).<\/p>\n<p>Vaja on:<br \/>\n<b>6 munavalget<\/b><br \/>\n<b>n\u00e4puotsat\u00e4is soola<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 dl suhkurt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl sidrunimahla (mul polnud, kasutasin sidrunhapet veerand tl)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 spl t\u00e4rklis<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 peot\u00e4it mandlilaaste<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Vahusta munavalged koos soolaga tugevaks vahuks, siis lisa vahustades j\u00e4rk-j\u00e4rgult suhkur ja siis sidrunimahl. Vaht peab olema niiske ja l\u00e4ikiv, \u00fclevahustades muutub rabedaks ja t\u00fckiliseks. K\u00fcpseta ahjus 20-25 minutit 145 kraadi juures.<br \/>\nN\u00fc\u00fcd on aeg segu teha.<\/p>\n<p>Vaja on:<br \/>\n<b>2 pakki kohupiimakreemi<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 pakk ricotta kohupiima<\/b><br \/>\n<b>0,5 tl vanillipastat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>paar peot\u00e4it k\u00fclmunud s\u00f5straid (v\u00f5i mis iganes marju)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Sega kohupiimad ja ricotta kokku, v\u00f5ib isegi vahustada, siis saab \u00f5hulisem. Vanilli juurde ja ongi segu valmis. N\u00fc\u00fcd kui besee ahjust v\u00e4lja tuleb ja natukene aega jahtub, tuleb ta \u00fcmber keerata, et mandlilaastupool allapoole j\u00e4\u00e4ks, teine pool m\u00e4\u00e4rida kokku seguga ja puistada peale marju. Laiemast servast rullida, aidates k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaasa. M\u00f5ned tunnid v\u00f5iks seista (meie lasime umbes 1,5 h seista ja juba oli maitsev ja l\u00e4bit\u00f5mmanud, polnud isu rohkem oodata :).<\/p>\n<p>Aa, ja munakollasetest tegime koogel-moogelit, m\u00f5nus lapsep\u00f5lve klassika, munad ja suhkur \u00e4ra vahustada ja n\u00e4mm.
