Mina kasutasin tavalise liha asemel soolaliha, L\u00f5una-Eesti tangu (mis on pooleks tehtud odrakruup ja k\u00fcpseb kiiremini) ning hapukapsaid kuhu on lisatud ka porgandit. Panin k\u00f5ik koostisosad kihiti ja unustasin ta ahju, v\u00e4lja v\u00f5ttes lisasin suhkrut ja valmis ta oligi. T\u00e4nu soolalihale ei pea soola lisamisega jantimagi. Uuesti hapukapsas-soolaliha-tang ja kordan niikaua kuni on koostisosad otsas.
