Siis kaane alla ja j\u00e4tta sooja kohta kerkima 30-50 min.<\/p>\n<p>Alguses tegime soolaseid.<br \/>\nVaja on:<br \/>\n<b>250 g hiina kapsast<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl soola<\/b><br \/>\n<b>500g hakkliha<\/b> (kui on v\u00e4hegi v\u00f5imalik siis mitte kasutada poe oma, osta parem t\u00fckk liha ja ise l\u00e4bi ajada, poehakklihades on sees k\u00f5ike muud ka kui liha).<br \/>\n<b>pisut vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3-4 spl sojakastet<\/b><br \/>\n<b>p\u00f6idlasuurune ingverit\u00fckk<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 spl \u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl seesami\u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 rohelise sibula vart<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Alguses kohe pese ja l\u00f5ika hiina kapsas peenikesteks ribadeks, pane kaussi ja raputa peale sool, j\u00e4ta seisma. Siis lisa lahtiklopitud munad ja sega ikka hoogsasti, siis v\u00f5i ja vanillikaunapasta. K\u00f5ik see moodustub l\u00f5puks tihke kollase kogumi, mis ongi \u00f5ige.<\/p>\n<p>Siis v\u00f5ib selle segu m\u00f5neks ajaks k\u00fclma asetada, ja tegutseda taignaga samamoodi nagu ennemgi, et saaks 12 t\u00fckikest.
