Nimi tuleneb Prantsuse linnast nimega Burgundia, kus toodetakse sellenimelist punast veini. Aga selle toreda paja tegemiseks on vaja lihtsalt punast veini, tummisemat ja tumedamat (meie pere eelistus). Sellel pajal on palju variatsoone ja mina liidan umbes 6 retsepti kokku ja lisan oma eelistuse. Igatahes kui k\u00f5ik juba potti saab siis ta valmib iseenesest. Vabalt v\u00f5ib ise genereerida miskit juurde v\u00f5i \u00e4ra j\u00e4tta, kohustuslikud komponendid on veis, punane vein, puljong ja maitseained. EKSTRA mis ma lisan on marineeritud p\u00e4rlsibulad, mis oma happesusega sobivad veisega imeh\u00e4sti.<br>Mina tegin MEGA suure ahjupotit\u00e4ie seda s\u00f6\u00f6ki, sest kui juba korra teha siis rohkem ja hiljem saab kasv\u00f5i teha rebitud veiseliha burgerit, pastat, suppi vms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>1.5 kg pehmet veiseliha <\/strong>(kasutan t\u00e4itsa tavalist odavat t\u00fckki)<strong><br>2 porgandit<br>2 sibulat<br>2 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<br>natuke \u00f5li praadimiseks<br>sool;pipar<br>750 ml punast veini <\/strong>(1 pudel)<strong><br>1 l veisepuljongit<br>1 purk marineeritud p\u00e4rlsibulaid <\/strong>(320 g purk, vedelikku ei kasuta)<br><strong>2-3 t\u00fc\u00fcmianioksa<br>u 500 g \u0161ampinjone <\/strong>(neljaks l\u00f5igatud)<strong><br>3 spl v\u00f5id<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt l\u00f5ikan veiset\u00fckist umbes 5 cm suurused kuubikud ja ristk\u00fclikud, kuidas aga v\u00e4lja tuleb, siis maitsestan nad korralikult soola ja pipraga ning asun neid pannil praadima. Siis samale pannile lisan v\u00f5id ja praen seeni kuni nad on pisut l\u00e4bi k\u00fcpsenud, lisan sinna juurde ka t\u00fc\u00fcmiani oksakesed, mis p\u00e4rast r\u00e4ndavad potti ka. Liha on ilusasti vedelikuga kaetud ja n\u00fc\u00fcd polegi muud kui panna ta ahju k\u00fcpsema. Meil l\u00e4ks aega umbes 4 tundi ja selleks ajaks oli liha t\u00e4iesti pehme, nuga polnud tarviski.
