Olen algup\u00e4rast retsepti, mille ma leidsin Nigella raamatust veidi ka muutnud, olen v\u00e4hendanud suhkru koguseid ja lisanud erinevat sorti \u0161okolaadin\u00f6\u00f6bikesi, aga k\u00fcpsis selle all ei kannata :).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>150 g v\u00f5id<\/b><br \/>\n<b>100 g pruuni suhkurt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>75 g tuhksuhkurt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 tl vanilliekstrakti (vanillikaunapastat)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>300 g jahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>0,5 tl s\u00f6\u00f6gisoodat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>valgeid \u0161okolaadin\u00f6\u00f6pe 125 g<\/b><br \/>\n<b>tumedaid \u0161okolaadin\u00f6\u00f6pe 50 g<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pane ahi 170 kraadi juurde sooja. Sulata v\u00f5i, kaalu v\u00e4lja suhkrud ja kalla veidi jahtunud sulav\u00f5i suhkrutele peale, sega niikaua kuni v\u00f5i ja suhkur on \u00e4ra segunenud. Siis lisa vanilliekstrakt, klopi sisse \u00fchekaupa munad, segu peaks olema selline m\u00f5nusalt kreemjas. Kaalu juurde jahu ja s\u00f6\u00f6gisooda ja sega, tainas on suhteliselt tihke, lisa ka \u0161okolaadin\u00f6\u00f6bid. Lihtsalt k\u00e4evahel teha pallikesed ja asetada k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadi peale. Kui pann saab t\u00e4is ja tainast j\u00e4\u00e4b \u00fcle, siis pane ta vahepeal s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma, muidu v\u00f5i hakkab jube ruttu sulama ja ei saagi enam teist pannit\u00e4it k\u00fcpsiseid vormida. K\u00fcpsised k\u00fcpsevad umbes 15-17 minutit (oleneb j\u00e4lle suurusest). Kui k\u00fcpsise \u00e4\u00e4red on veidi pruunikad on nad valmis.
