Vanad eestlased juba teadsid, et peab s\u00f6\u00f6ma hapukapsast, mis hoiab seedeelu naksis ja olemise hea. Igatahes selline salat mis ma t\u00e4na tegin on 100 protsenti eestimaine ja seda keset jaanuari, loomulikult v\u00f5ib kasutada endale meelep\u00e4raseid tooraineid, lisada n\u00e4iteks v\u00f5ib paprikat (oma ilusa punase v\u00e4rvi p\u00e4rast), tavalist mugulsibulat (minu jaoks veidi liiga kange, asendasin enda kasvatatud porruga), ning olen lisanud ka v\u00e4rsket kurki, aga seda k\u00fclmikus enam ei olnud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<\/strong><br><strong>u 500 g hapukapsast<\/strong> (kas teed ise, <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=155\">minu retsept on siin<\/a>, v\u00f5i ostad poest, oluline et oleks pisut kr\u00f5mps ja mitte liiga soolane ega hapu, eks ajapikku leiad endale \u00f5ige).
