Kahe \u00f5hukese pastakihi vahele asetatakse t\u00e4idis ja siis keedetakse. Neid m\u00fc\u00fcakse ka poes valmis kujul, et vaid keevasse vette ja valmis, aga oma tehtud pastataigna maitse ja tekstuuri vastu ei saa. Serveerida soojalt koos v\u00f5ikastmega on tulemus \u00fclin\u00e4mm. Sellest kogusest piisab 4-5 s\u00f6\u00f6jale.<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>u 250 g <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=225\">pastatainast\u00a0<\/a><\/b><br \/>\n<b>125 g mozzarellat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>200 g ricottat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>30 g v\u00e4rskelt riivitud parmesani<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcs<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 peot\u00e4it spinatit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 muna (m\u00e4\u00e4rimiseks)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>30 g v\u00f5id (1 portsule)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>pisut peterselli<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-G1aDNxK1zwA\/VrM-iMk6aQI\/AAAAAAAAAa8\/9Ttoe2gSbD8\/s1600\/DSCN0420.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-G1aDNxK1zwA\/VrM-iMk6aQI\/AAAAAAAAAa8\/9Ttoe2gSbD8\/s320\/DSCN0420.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>K\u00f5igepealt peaks olema valmis pasta (mille retsept on eespool olemas). Siis hakkad tegema sisu, riivid mozzarella, parmesani ja segad kausis ricotta, peeneks hakitud k\u00fc\u00fcslauguga ja hakitud spinatiga kokku. Maitsestad soola ja pipraga, sisu peaks olema veidi rohkem soolane, sest t\u00e4idis on see mis annab toidule maitse. Siis jagad oma taigna palli neljaks v\u00f5rdseks t\u00fckiks ja hakkad pastamasinaga pikki lehti rullima.
