Mina olen suur risoto f\u00e4nn ja kasutanud seda retsepti aastaid ja see on igakord v\u00e4lja tulnud nii nagu mulle sobib. Ma ei oska \u00f6elda kas see ka itaallaste jaoks on \u00f5ige risoto aga mulle meeldib ja on mu pooleteist aastase t\u00fctre \u00fcks lemmikumaid s\u00f6\u00f6ke. <br>Mina teen siia klassikalise risoto, nii \u00f6elda t\u00fchja l\u00f5uendi, mida saab siis k\u00f5ige endale meelep\u00e4rasega muuta (lisada liha, k\u00f6\u00f6givilju, kala, kana vms). <br>Mina lisasin ahjus r\u00f6stitud tomateid. Kasutasin <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=2252\">veisepuljongit<\/a>, kes on taimetoitlane, saab teha teda edukalt ka k\u00f6\u00f6giviljapuljongiga.<br>Koguseliselt j\u00e4tkub 3-4 inimesele. <br>PS! Erinevate firmade risotoriisid k\u00e4ituvad ja paisuvad erinevalt, osad n\u00f5uavad rohkem puljongit ja osad v\u00e4hem, eks see ole katsetamise asi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>1 suurem sibul<br>3 keskmist k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<br>3 spl v\u00f5id<br>200 g risotoriisi<br>1 dl ehk 100 ml valget veini<br>750-850 ml puljongit<\/strong> (mul <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=2252\">veisepuljong<\/a>)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt hakid peenikeseks sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu. J\u00e4rgmisena kaalud v\u00e4lja risotoriisi ja veini. Siis paned poti kuuma ja lisad sinna v\u00f5i. Riis saab v\u00f5iga kokku, hakkab ka kohe l\u00e4bipaistvaks muutuma ja k\u00fcpsema, umbes 1-2 min. Ei tasu kogu puljongit lihtsalt potti kallata, siis ei toimi see toit. Ma seekord ei lisanud, sest ausalt \u00f6eldes unustasin lihtsalt \u00e4ra :D.
