Tundub selline heietav ja targutav jutt, kui tegelikult ka on see t\u00e4iesti omamoodi ja sada korda maitsvam pasta. Lihtsalt polegi muud kunsti, kui see, et ta v\u00f5tab aega ja ka k\u00e4terammu. Kuldne reegel on, mida ma j\u00e4rgin: 1 muna kohta 100 grammi jahu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>500 g durum-jahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>5 muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-n_VA_UevFSA\/VrNKLmtfPdI\/AAAAAAAAAbw\/h5YoGtf913U\/s1600\/DSCN0414.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-n_VA_UevFSA\/VrNKLmtfPdI\/AAAAAAAAAbw\/h5YoGtf913U\/s320\/DSCN0414.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\"><\/a>Kaaluda v\u00e4lja jahu, teha keskele s\u00fcvik ja l\u00fc\u00fca sinna 5 muna ja pisut soola. Kahvliga vaikselt klopid muna ja haarad ka kaasa jahu, siis kui on selline pudine k\u00f5ik, hakkad k\u00e4tega s\u00f5tkuma. L\u00e4heb aega, 15-20 minutit s\u00f5tkud, pole tarvis mujal biitsepseid treenidagi. N\u00fc\u00fcd oleneb muna suurustest, kui on piisavalt suured munad, pole vett vaja, kui on pisemad, v\u00f5i kuluda paar tilka vett taignale juurde. Kuid p\u00f5hiline on see, et gluteen selles jahuks hakkaks v\u00e4lja tulema, seda teebki rohke s\u00f5tkumine ja taigna t\u00f6\u00f6tlemine. Tainas muutub j\u00e4rjest pehmemaks, siidisemaks ja vetruvaks, nagu plastiliin. L\u00f5hn muutub j\u00e4rjest pastasemaks (sellist s\u00f5na vist pole olemas, aga selline see l\u00f5hn on).
