Panin siia quiche-i sisse paljud eestlastele omased toorained, (hapukoor, rukkijahu, kilu) aga mitte ainult. T\u00e4pselt selline m\u00f5nusalt rammus ja soolane suut\u00e4is, mis sobib meestele v\u00e4gijoogik\u00f5rvale kui ka m\u00f5nusaks \u00f5htuseks eineks. Pluss on see, et teda saab varem valmis teha ja vastavalt eelistusele saab s\u00fc\u00fca nii k\u00fclmalt kui kuumalt. See on neile perenaistele, kes ei taha Eesti Vabariigi aastap\u00e4eva ainult pliidi taga veeta :). Minu vorm on \u00fcmmargune 27 cm diameeter ja 4 cm k\u00f5rge, kui on suurem vorm, tuleb kahekordistada koguseid. (J\u00e4lgi nii porrut kui ka ahjus olevat p\u00f5hja aga tegutse ka edasi :D). Puhasta kilud, minule meeldivad ehtsad Tallinna kilud, eemaldan vaid pea ja sisikonna ning l\u00f5ikan iga kilu umbes kolmeks. Kui kasutad fileesid siis on aega veel rohkem. Klopi lahti munad, lisa piim ja koor, maitsesta soola ja pipraga, aga \u00e4ra \u00fcle soola (kilu ja juust ise on soolased). Pipart v\u00f5ib julgelt panna. Siis kui p\u00f5hi on eelk\u00fcpsetatud ja ahjust v\u00e4ljas, lase jahtuda veidi ja siis aseta pool m\u00f5lemast juustust p\u00f5hjale. Siis pane praetud porru, t\u00fckeldatud kilu ja kappareid, siis \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud juust peale.
