M\u00f5nusalt v\u00fcrtsikad ja igasuguste erinevate v\u00e4gevate maitsetega. Aga see minek kuskile on kuidagi keeruline, pane ilusasti riidesse, s\u00f5ida linna ja tagasi. Sama ajaga j\u00f5uab ise v\u00e4ga m\u00f5nusa roa teha, pisut vaja uurida ja katsetada. Tuleb igatepidi odavam ja endalgi p\u00f5nev. Koguseliselt piisab 3-4 inimesele.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 broilerifileed<\/b><br \/>\n<b>100 g maisit\u00e4rklist<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 tl soola<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl jahvatatud v\u00f5i purustatud pipart<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u00f5li friteerimiseks<\/b><br \/>\n<b>5-6 kuivatatud t\u0161illit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 porru valge osa<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 p\u00f6idlasuurune ingverit\u00fckk<\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>Marinaad:<\/u>\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 spl soja<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 spl riisi\u00e4\u00e4dikat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 munavalget<\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>Kaste:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl soja<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 spl vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl balsamicot<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl jahvatatud v\u00f5i purustatud pipart<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt on vaja kokku segada marinaad, \u00f5rnalt munavalge lahti kloppida ja muud asjad juurde lisada. Laial taldrikul sega kokku maisit\u00e4rklis, sool ja pipar. Siis pane kana sinna segu sisse ja raputa \u00fcleliigne pudi taldrikule tagasi. Kuna ma eriline frit\u00fc\u00fcrija ei ole, siis ma otsustasin \u00f5li s\u00e4\u00e4sta ja friteerida kana kastruli p\u00f5hjas ja mitmes jaos (umbes 4jas). \u00d5li koguse otsustab iga\u00fcks ise, olenevalt poti v\u00f5i frit\u00fc\u00fcri suurusest. Kui on termomeeter siis \u00f5li temperatuur peaks olema 175 kraadi. S\u00e4ti k\u00f5rvale taldrik paberr\u00e4tikuga, et \u00fcleliigne \u00f5li \u00e4ra n\u00f5rguks. Siis kui kanad k\u00fcpsevad j\u00f5udsin ma alustada nuudlitega. Panin nuudlid kaussi ja valasin peale keeva vee ja j\u00e4tsin nad seisma. Siis kui on veel kana friteerimise vahel aega, v\u00f5iks l\u00f5igata porganditest, porrust ja kapsast peenikesed ribad ja panna ootele. M\u00f5lemale 1 spl \u00f5li ja lasta kuumaks. Kr\u00f5beda kana jaoks tuleks lasta kuivatatud t\u0161illid \u00f5li sees k\u00fcpseks, siis lisada ingver, k\u00fc\u00fcslauk ja porru, praadida ja lisada kaste (mis eelnevalt juba valmis segatud). Aga mitte \u00fclearu, muidu nad on pehmed ja vastikud, kr\u00f5mps peaks porgandil ja kapsal j\u00e4\u00e4ma. Siis lisada munakollased ja l\u00e4bi segada. Siis nuudlid ja j\u00e4lle l\u00e4bi segada. Siis 1 spl teriyaki kastet ja 1 tl soola, j\u00e4lle l\u00e4bi segada ja valmis ta ongi. Nuudlid ma j\u00e4tsin tahtlikult ilma tugevate v\u00fcrtsideta, sest kana on ikka m\u00f5nusalt suud \u00f5hetama panev.
