Siis kaussi ja segada l\u00e4bi maisit\u00e4rklisega ja j\u00e4tta seisma umbes 5 minutiks. Selle ajal v\u00f5ib hakkida muud vajalikud koostisosad. Tegelikult tuleks siis see liha \u00e4ra friteerida, aga mulle ei istu see v\u00e4rk \u00fcldse, seega praen lihat\u00fckid lihtsalt pannil veidi rohkemas \u00f5lis (ja neljas jaos). Panna k\u00f5rvale. Siis tuleks kuumal pannil praadida \u00f5lis k\u00fc\u00fcslauk ja ingver, siis lisada soja, hoisin kaste, vesi, riisi\u00e4\u00e4dikas ja lasta keema. Kui keeb lisada suhkur ja segada kuni suhkur lahustub, siis pisut kuumust v\u00e4hemaks. Siis tuleks kokku segada 2 spl maisit\u00e4rklis ja 2 spl vesi omavahel kokku ja lisada pannile kastme juurde, segada, kaste muutuski tihkeks. Siis pannile juurde lisada liha, segada l\u00e4bi ja serveerida.
