Meie pere on harjunud kasutama seav\u00e4lisfileed, sest see parajalt taine ja k\u00fcpseb kiirelt. \u0160nitsel l\u00e4heb peale nii suurtele kui v\u00e4ikestele, k\u00f5rvale kartul v\u00f5i salat ja uhke l\u00f5una\/\u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6k olemas. Pluss on ka see, et nad on k\u00fclmast peast ka head, kasv\u00f5i v\u00f5ileiva peale panna v\u00f5i niisama nosida :).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vaja on:<br>1 seav\u00e4lisfilee<\/strong> (ilma kamarata)<strong><br>sool;pipar<br>1 muna + sorts vett<br>riivsaia <br>\u00f5li praadimiseks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt siis l\u00f5igata v\u00e4lisfilee viiludeks, sellised 0,5 cm umbes. Siis lisada peale soola ja pipart ning toksida lihahaamriga nad lamedamaks.
