Kes tahab, saab lisada ka seemneid\/p\u00e4hkleid, et oleks veel toitvam. Valmib ta ruttu ja kergelt, ainus miinus on see, et \u00fchest lillkapsa peast saab 3 tervet steiki ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud on pisikesed \u00f5isikud ja pudi.
