Tegelikult midagi keerulist polegi, ainult aegan\u00f5udev. Esimese purgi t\u00e4ie r\u00e4imedelt v\u00f5tsime \u00e4ra selgroo, teistel j\u00e4tsime sisse, sest me nii virgad ja usinad ka ei j\u00f5ua olla, niikuinii teeme vaid omatarbeks. Leidsin toreda raamatu, kus on sees nii palju erinevaid r\u00e4imetoite, et v\u00f5tab silme eest kirjuks. Siis lisada juurde porgand ja sibul ja keeta poolpehmeks. Siis v\u00f5ib lisada pipra, v\u00fcrtsi, nelgi, loorberi ja sinepiseemned. Lasta keeda niikaua kuni sibul ja porks on pehmed. V\u00f5ta tulelt ja lisada sool, suhkur, viimasena \u00e4\u00e4dikas. Siis pisut jahtunud marinaad panna vaheldumisi purki juba ennist rood eemaldatud r\u00e4imega, siis p\u00e4rast j\u00e4\u00e4vad ilusad kihid. Meil oli 1700 ml purgid, mis sai t\u00e4pselt \u00e4\u00e4reni t\u00e4is ilusti.
