Mulle v\u00e4ga meeldivad s\u00e4rtsakad maitsed, see sidruniv\u00f5ie on kohe kindlasti sinna alla kuuluv. Ei liialda ma suhkruga, et tuleks ikka v\u00e4lja sidruni enda hapukas v\u00f5lu. L\u00f5igata sidrunid pooleks ja pigistada v\u00e4lja mahl (kasutan tsitruseliste k\u00e4sipressi v\u00f5i kuidas iganes seda nimetatakse, sellega saab k\u00f5ik viimse tilgani k\u00e4tte ja seemned j\u00e4\u00e4vad ka ilusasti restile pidama ja ei l\u00e4he mahla sisse).<br \/>\nSiis kallan sidrunimahla muna-tuhksuhkru-sidrunikoore juurde. V\u00e4ga k\u00f5va kuumust pole vaja, selline keskmine.<br \/>\nJa vispeldan terve aja, kuskile r\u00e4ndama ei saa minna, muidu t\u00f5mbab muna t\u00fckki ja tuleb munapuder (siis aitab ainult l\u00e4bi s\u00f5elda ajamine, kui maitse pole selle k\u00e4igus halvaks muutunud).<br \/>\nIgatahes paksenemine toimub 4-5 minuti jooksul, olenevalt kogusest ja pliidi kuumusest.<br \/>\nKui segu on paksenenud, siis v\u00f5tta ta tulelt ja paari kuubiku kaupa vispeldada sisse v\u00f5i.<br \/>\nL\u00f5puks j\u00e4\u00e4b v\u00f5ie l\u00e4ikiv ja siidine.
