Tuleb j\u00f5udsalt \u00e4ra kasutada. Eesm\u00e4rk oli mul tegelikult teha pavlovaid r\u00f6stitud rabarberitega, aga mu enda n\u00f6did n\u00e4pud ajasid k\u00f5ik plaanid sassi, k\u00f6\u00f6gis aegajalt l\u00e4heb asju ikka vussi. Kui eraldasin munavalget kollastest, kukkus \u00fcks kollane valgete sekka ja ma teadsin, et sellest enam beseed ei saa aga praktilise inimesena j\u00e4tkasin ikkagi, sest raisata mulle ei meeldi. Vahustasin siis munavalged, vahtu nad <u>ilmselgelt<\/u> ei l\u00e4inud, panin suhkru sisse ja otsustasin ka lisada kollased ja teha lihtne plaadikook. Mina siis vahustasin valged ennem, kuigi need ei l\u00e4inud vahtu, vaid j\u00e4id selliseks vedelaks, lisasin suhkru 1 spl kaupa ja l\u00f5puks lisasin ka neli munakollast. \u00dches\u00f5naga v\u00f5ib need 4 muna ilma rebu ja valget eraldamata \u00e4ra vahustada, suhkur lisada l\u00f5pusirgel. Siis jahu ja k\u00fcpsetuspulber, peot\u00e4is mandlilaaste ja ongi tainas valmis. Valasin selle k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadile (38x46cm), \u00f5huke kiht j\u00e4i, kellel pisem pann tuleks k\u00fcpsetusaega pisut pikendada. Siis laotasin k\u00fclmunud rabarberid peale, raputasin peale suhkru ja kaneeli. K\u00fcpsetasin vaid 10 minutit ja oligi valmis.
