Seega otsustasin teha \u00fche sooja roa, kuhu panin sisse k\u00e4ep\u00e4raseid produkte, l\u00f5pptulemus tuli v\u00e4ga maitsev. K\u00f5rvale sobib v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti v\u00e4rske salat rohke tilliga.<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>umbes 1 kilo kartulit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 keskmist sibulat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1,5 spl \u00e4\u00e4dikat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>20 <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=200\">marineeritud r\u00e4ime <\/a><\/b>(kasutasin tilli-\u00e4\u00e4dika marinaadis r\u00e4imi<br \/>\n<b>sorts vett <\/b>(vormi p\u00f5hjale)<br \/>\n<b>4 muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 dl koort<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 dl piima<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl inglise sinepit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>200 g juustu <\/b>(kasutasin pehmet cheddarit)<br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><u>Salatiks:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 v\u00e4ikest kurki<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 lehte hiina kapsast<\/b><br \/>\n<b>\u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl riisi\u00e4\u00e4dikat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>rohkelt tilli <\/b>(s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmas ikka veel leidub karbikesi)<br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar;suhkur<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-MQVkfov1Uqo\/Vx9ZJJMqYII\/AAAAAAAAAsw\/HN5MFLt0NwAirOMTRFxsNOFm_gW8M2umgCLcB\/s1600\/DSCN0978.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-MQVkfov1Uqo\/Vx9ZJJMqYII\/AAAAAAAAAsw\/HN5MFLt0NwAirOMTRFxsNOFm_gW8M2umgCLcB\/s320\/DSCN0978.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>K\u00f5igepealt siis tuleks kergelt marineerida sibul, kuna kui paneks lihtsalt toore sibula vormi, ei oleks see maitse nii hea, vaid igavam. Seega l\u00f5igata kas rattad v\u00f5i poolkuud, kaussi, peale \u00e4\u00e4dikas ja k\u00e4ega l\u00e4bi muljuda, j\u00e4tta seisma. Siis koorida kartulid. Kui on olemas mandolin, siis kindlasti seda kasutada, v\u00f5i kui oled osav noaga siis lase k\u00e4ia, eesm\u00e4rk on saada v\u00f5imalikult \u00f5hukesed viilud. Esimene kiht olgugi siis kartul (v\u00f5ib m\u00f5ne pipraveski ja soolaveski keeru ka peale t\u00f5mmata kartulitele), siis kergelt marineeritud sibul ja siis umbes 10 r\u00e4ime \u00e4ra jaotada \u00fchtlaselt. J\u00e4rgmine kiht algab j\u00e4lle kartuliga (pisut pipart ja soola), siis sibul, r\u00e4im ja viimaseks kihiks j\u00e4\u00e4b kartul. Siis valada \u00fcle munaseguga ja ahju. Kui vorm on piisava aja ahjus olnud, siis keerasin ma lihtsalt kuuma kinni, ust lahti ei teinud ja lasin tal seal veel seista 15 minutit. Aega l\u00e4heb p\u00e4ris palju, nii et kui n\u00e4ljased on \u00fcmber, siis seda tegu ette v\u00f5tta eriti ei tasu.
